- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. I am a long time customer of Wells Fargo and maintain a sizable balance in my accounts. I needed a single document notarized and the notary at this brance told me he was too busy and to come back another day. However, when I walked in he was standing in the common area chatting and laughing with another employee named Brian. The notary walked away and left me to speak with Brian. Brian was very rude and totally dismissed my customer service concern. From looking at the other reviews of this branch, I don't feel so bad.
