- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Congregation Kol Ami is a warm and welcoming community in White Plains, Westchester County, New York. My family and I discovered it 10 years ago while "temple shopping" and our search ended as soon as we got there. The clergy and fellow congregants have been there for us in both good and bad times. I would not have been able to cope with my father's passing without the care, comfort and advice of Rabbi Shira. We have one of the top ECP and Religious School programs in the county, as well as programs for people of all ages.
